We’re delighted to be welcoming guests back to our properties in this beautiful corner of the world. We are, and will continue to follow all guidance and regulation provided both by the government and also by the Associations that provide guidance within the industry and have made additions and changes to our properties and practices accordingly.
We think it’s important to keep you informed as to what ‘the new normal’ is for now, as we know how important all these elements would be to us if we were spending our hard earned money going on holiday somewhere at the moment.
We are aware that many of you will be wary about travelling at this uncertain time so please do let us know if you have any specific questions or concerns and we’ll be happy to put your mind at ease.
Some of the policies and practices in place are listed below:
Ensuring clean properties has always been important, but never like it will be from now on. We are working with our cleaners to add processes and steps to the cleaning schedule to ensure that our cleaning is thorough enough provide maximum safety to guests. Cleaning and disinfecting is done using the right products and processes and wearing the right protection.
We’ve added a cleaning kit for you when you visit our properties so that you are able to keep hygiene levels high whilst they are with us, to reduce risk and increase peace of mind.
Our laundry service company has increased their hygiene practices in line with the current pandemic. This includes the temperatures at which laundry is washed and some of the products they use. We also now ask you to strip the beds and bag the laundry for us so that it reduces risk to our cleaners.
Both of our properties are ideal for maintaining safe social distancing measures from other people. The surroundings are such that there are plenty of places you can visit, walk where you won’t see another person all day.
We are continuing to research, read and learn to ensure that we are as educated as possible as to how to keep ourselves, our guests and our communities safe, as well as ensuring our guests have the best possible time when they stay with us.
