  • We stopped here for new year with a large bunch of friends and what a perfect way to see in the new year. The house is amazing and very well equipt, from the decor and furnishings, the hidden den for the kids, cosy throws and a real fire, farmhouse style kitchen and the stunning beach just over the road. There's a lovely coastal walk up to kipford which has stunning views and at the end a pub to enjoy a well earned drink! It's a great holiday home to escape day to day life and I will certainly look forward to spending time here again!

  • I recently spent the weekend at this beautiful house and recommend it highly. The house itself is decorated and furnished to a very high standard with lots of attention to detail. It's very well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The kids were never bored with the games room, den and toys to keep them entertained. As well as the house being beautiful it is set in beautiful surroundings, right on the beach and with some lovely walks near by. We had a fantastic weekend and hope to return again soon

  • What a stunning house. We loved everything from the fully stocked kitchen to the cosy decor to the open fires and luxurious bedrooms. They've thought of everything - even a games room, x box, and treasure hunt for the kids!

  • My first trip to Scotland was to gorgeous Craigbittern House. Stayed with 10+ friends, loved the beautiful landscape, long walks and coming "our" stylish (decorated so tastefully!), comfortable house to enjoy the fireplace. They thought of everything, including the a big collection of dvds and a game room! Best weekend getaway and can't wait to go back to explore more!

  • Okay, so the best thing about Craigbittern was the space, it was large enough not to be tripping over each other (we were three families, including 6 teenagers). We often go away together, but in other places we have been a bit cramped at some point (parking, kitchen, dining, whatever..). Actually the dinning room is fabulous and we all sat together at the table for dinner which does not happen very often any more. And the games room was a hit. Oh, and I got 4G (on Vodafone) which is a rarity in this part of the country. The wifi’s fine, but it was getting hammered by the kids. We had a very lovely holiday stay in a chilly mid-February and would very happily come back again
